ICONA Condos redevelopment of 3201 Highway 7 is on the current site of the Hilton Garden Inn located at Interchange Way and Highway 7.

It is within walking distance to the new intermodal transit system at the heart of the VMC. This mass transit system, when it opens at the end of 2017, includes the new TTC subway extension line with underground pedestrian pathways connected to the innovative SmartCentres Place Bus Terminal including a state-of-the-art Viva bus rapidway along Highway 7.
