Located on Highway 7 just east of Jane Street, in the heart of the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre, the Cosmos Office Tower will boast approximately 140,000 square feet of Class-A office space over eight-storeys.

The building, which is slated for completion in 2020, will feature large floor plates of 20,117 square feet, designed to maximize square footage efficiency. Tenants will enjoy direct amenities available with approximately 18,000 square feet of retail on-site and will share underground and surface parking facilities with the Cosmos residential towers.
