Cortel Group’s latest condo release, Nord East and Nord West, are the 3rd and 4th high rise towers at Expo City.
This pair of 39-storey towers with condos and townhomes are adjacent to the future Edgeley Pond and Park and a short walk to the VMC subway station. The development comes with amenities such as gym, pool, yoga studio, and theatre.
Both towers are complete.
